Log: fix #66421 clarify wording

[2014-01-05 19:17:02] mgcummings at yahoo dot com
Description:
------------
---
From manual page: http://www.php.net/class.invalidargumentexception
---
The current introduction reads:
Exception thrown if an argument does not match with the expected value.
That would suggest that it's the same as a \DomainException() which it is NOT. It should read:
Exception thrown if an argument does not match with the expected type.
