Description:
------------
---
From manual page: http://www.php.net/oauth.getrequesttoken
---
OAuth::getRequestToken() has a 3rd parameter that is not documented - the HTTP method. Per RFC 5849
is MUST be set to POST, but it does not currently do that automatically. Using the 3rd parameter is
a workaround.
