The fix for this bug has been committed. Since the websites are not directly
updated from the repository, the fix might need some time to spread
across the globe to all mirror sites, including PHP.net itself.

There is small problem with viewport widths less than 767px (s. screenshot).

Possible fix: delete position:relative from .page-tools css-class.
.page-tools {
float: right;
margin-left: 1.5rem;
position: relative;
text-align: right;
z-index: 100;
}
