Moreover it is down now (HTTP 403). Such situation can happen because language was specified in the URI (manual/fi/) and "English" selected as current option in a dropdown list is just a visual bug. In the return values 'Palauttaa TRUE onnistuessaan, muutoin FALSE.' instead of 'Returns TRUE on success or FALSE on failure.' Though I now reconize the '/fi/' in the url I was a tad confused when I started to come across more and more Finish on 'English' pages.
