It seems you are referring to a note of nbari at dalmp dot com.
This note has been removed as result of request #68807[1].
I suggest to close this bug report. :)

It would seem that some user-contributed notes went missing. Currently I can only relate to one
specific case.
I've used a user-contributed code example from this URL which no longer shows the code (and
neither the note itself):

Where has it gone? Google still finds the same page showing parts of the code in its preview:
https://www.google.de/#q=php.net+%24data00
Has there been a technical error or have some user-contributed notes been edited and removed?
