Description: ------------ The http://php.net/manual/en/features.gc.collecting-cycles.php page has a link -- » Concurrent Cycle Collection in Reference Counted Systems -- that gives a page not found on IBM's website. It must have been moved. I believe http://media.junglecode.net/media/Bacon01Concurrent.pdf is the same paper but I'm not sure. I'd be happy to contribute a change to fix this as it seems to be a fairly simple thing to fix if the correct paper is found.
