I've tested this on a machine running PHP 5.5.20 and values above 100k are allowed. This is confirmed by the source (https://github.com/php/php-src/blame/master/ext/opcache/zend_accelerator_module.c#L37) and the relevant commit on 10-28-2013 (https://github.com/php/php-src/commit/eb22041ffe70d5ff206d62c6cb12fc38c23475ce).
