This bug has been fixed in the documentation's XML sources. Since the
online and downloadable versions of the documentation need some time
to get updated, we would like to ask you to be a bit patient.

Hinweis:
Error "Can't create TCP/IP socket (10106)" deutet meist daruf hin, dass die
variables_order Konfigurations Anweisung nicht das E Zeichen enthält. Wird unter
Windows die Umgebung nicht kopiert, ist die SYSTEMROOT Umgebungs Variable nicht
verfügbar und PHP wird Sccwierigkeiten haben, Winsock zu laden.
