There's no bug here. All he's saying is the PDO extension throws a fatal error directly
and he cannot pipe the error into his custom error handler.

I not found example with notice. Half not working example is not good for novice.
If you need something write to example for working (append conestion line or other). If example have
no echo. This is half example. If i know, i can write missing code. If i dont, i do what?
connect - true, false write my msg + pdo error
query - true, false write my msg + pdo error
fetch - true, false write my msg + pdo error
I need it for program. Write customer i connect false, repair connect data. Query false, write
query. Fetch false write ...
