hehe, ok.
You still discovered another fault, that's good.
I think it's helpful to have an accurate Documentation, the support for the versions is not
directly concerned by the documentation and I think the documentation at least should be as right as
possible.
Sometimes we've to deal with strange situations and old versions and if the documentation is
right then it can be quite helpful.

This was generated by a old script that attempted to detect introduction of ini entries by scanning
the src.
That apparently didn't quite work out -- this ini option was available until the death of the
extension, PHP5.4:
http://git.php.net/?p=php-src.git;a=blob;f=ext/sybase_ct/php_sybase_ct.c;h=abad531bace4eb405577c19d3953d681839d8738;hb=refs/heads/PHP-5.3.29#l514
It should speak volumes about the popularity of the extension :)
We no longer maintain PHP4 docs -- but that bogus version info should maybe be fixed for the fun of
it

Yes, the reference you showed seems being right to see at least the default values.
My complain was not about these values in the documentation but about the "PHP_INI_ALL in PHP
<= 4.0.2". It should be "PHP_INI_ALL in PHP = 4.0.2" because the feature was
introduced in PHP 4.0.2. So it never exists in 4.0.1 or before and the sign "<=" is
wrong.

Default of sybct.allow_persistent seems to be "1" | "on",
best I could find.
https://github.com/php/php-src/blob/PHP-4.0/ext/sybase_ct/php_sybase_ct.c#L297
Only one default seems to be there, the page might has changed since 2012. Not sure whether I am
looking at the right thing.

Description:
------------
---
From manual page: http://www.php.net/ini.list
---
for the settings
- 'sybct.allow_persistent'
- 'sybct.max_links'
- 'sybct.max_persistent'
the changelog sais: PHP_INI_ALL in PHP <= 4.0.2. Available since PHP 4.0.2.
Removed in PHP 4.0.3.
This is not logical because if the setting was introduced in PHP 4.0.2. it
couldn't have different defaults before.
