This bug has been fixed in the documentation's XML sources. Since the
online and downloadable versions of the documentation need some time
to get updated, we would like to ask you to be a bit patient.

The documentation for the mssql_connect function references the
"interfaces file" which does not exist, saying your $severname must be
one listed in the interfaces file. This sends people (like myself) on a
wild goose chase trying to fix errors. Pretty please remove this
reference from the documentation.
