I use function error_log to log some custom error,but the configuration log_error_max_len
doesn't affect
Test script:

echo ini_get('log_errors_max_len'); //1024
$a = str_repeat('a', 2000);
error_log($a);
//log successed
Expected result:

maybe change the documentation
