Compile 5.6.12 with and test with test script below:
./configure --with-mysql=mysqlnd --with-mysqli=mysqlnd --with-pdo-mysql=mysqlnd
An error would be returned:
Fatal error: Call to undefined function mysqli_get_cache_stats() in /root/php-stats.php on line 17
Based on https://bugs.php.net/bug.php?id=61838
this should either be removed from doc or restored to an empty array as result.
Expected result:

Return an empty array or remove from doc.
