The note that an absolute path is required has been added as fix

Description:

---
From manual page: http://www.php.net/function.curl-setopt
---
The command below works perfectly fine on my system, but the documentation says the CURLOPT_CAINFO
requires an absolute URL
curl_setopt($ch, CURLOPT_CAINFO, '../../cert.pem');
