This bug has been fixed in the documentation's XML sources. Since the
online and downloadable versions of the documentation need some time
to get updated, we would like to ask you to be a bit patient.

says "Neither functions nor constants can be imported via the use statement.", but as
stated in
https://secure.php.net/manual/en/language.namespaces.importing.php
"PHP 5.6+ also allows aliasing or importing function and constant names."
