Same issue for the following classes:
TypeError
ArithmeticError
AssertionError
DivisionByZeroError
where all the methods are concrete and inherited from Error.

All the methods of the ParseError class are listed as "abstract" whereas they actually are
concrete and inherited from Error, as the ReflectionClass::export("ParseError") function
states on the latest PHP 7 from repository.
