The manual incorrectly states idn_to_unicode is a link to idn_to_utf8;
however, the function idn_to_unicode does not appear to exist. This
does not appear to be limited to my installation: An online "PHP fiddle"
application (http://phpfiddle.org/) displays the same issue.
