Description of the function clearly states the behavior: "Flush the
output buffer, return it as a string and turn off output buffering"

Description:
------------
ob_get_flush description does not state that the output will be send to
the screen as well as returned. This is very confusing and a time drain.
Generally speaking all ob_* functions' documentaion could use some
improvements (e.g. docs for 'get' functions never say if the flush is
made by PHP or should be done by hand). Having so many functions for
buffering functionality, while sometimes good, should be very well
documented.
