This bug has been fixed in CVS.

Snapshots of the sources are packaged every three hours; this change
will be in the next snapshot. You can grab the snapshot at
http://snaps.php.net/.
 
Thank you for the report, and for helping us make PHP better.

Will not be implemented for php themes for now. This means that request
is implemented.

Implemented for the pear theme in phd trunk.
Syntax: phd:toc-dept="2"

It'd be great to have control over the depth a TOC of a chunking
element. Feasible would be a 'phpdoc:chunk-depth="2"' attribute for the
chunking tag.
