This bug has been fixed in the documentation's XML sources. Since the
online and downloadable versions of the documentation need some time
to get updated, we would like to ask you to be a bit patient.

Yikes, that file was removed in 2008. Probably shows how often anyone reads that!
We should probably reword that section to cover whatever the currently recommended way of accessing
SQL Server from *nix is (which I don't actually know â ODBC? pdo_dblib?).
