Description:
------------
http://php.net/features.commandline still says
that the CGI binary is
called "sapi/cgi/php" (or "php" once it got installed). As we all now,
the binary has been called php-cgi since php-5.2.3 (or something).
Expected result:
----------------
A note about the CGI binary being named different in versions >=5.2.3
