Log: Fix #73197: Missing comparison between mysqlnd and libmysql

Description:
------------
---
From manual page: http://www.php.net/mysqlinfo.library.choosing
---
mysqli has a configuration setting for reconnect. You can set it to On and it will automatically
try to reconnect when you try to use the connection after it has timed out. Whether or not you
think this is a good feature, it is a feature that is being used, and should be displayed on this
page, because it is a difference between the two options. Libmysql uses this configuation, mysqlnd
does not.
