Description:
------------
date_create_from_format() returns a DateTime object. That object is not "formatted" in any
way, yet the functions's description reads:
Returns new DateTime object formatted according to the specified format
Clearly, what the author meant was:
Returns a new DateTime object representing the date and time specified by the specified string,
which was formatted in the specified format
