Log: Fix #73256: Missing documented return vaue for array_sum([])
------------------------------------------------------------------------
[2016-10-06 09:05:49] lennaertvanderlinden at gmail dot com
Description:
------------
---
From manual page: http://www.php.net/function.array-sum
---
The documentation does not explicitly state the return value for array_sum when an empty array is
given as input.
Expected result:
----------------
A line documenting that the return value of array_sum for an empty is 0, e.g.:
If the input array is empty, then return value is 0.
