Log: Fix #73623: Example mentions deprecated PHP 4 OO naming style for constructors

Description:
------------
Hi.
In manual page: http://www.php.net/classobj.examples the examples
use the old naming style for constructor names (named as the class) which is deprecated as of PHP 7.
That's quite misleading for users that would implement such naming in PHP 7.
