This bug has been fixed in the documentation's XML sources. Since the
online and downloadable versions of the documentation need some time
to get updated, we would like to ask you to be a bit patient.

It seems the example given on http://php.net/manual/en/spoofchecker.issuspicious.php
lists the expected output incorrectly; the first call should (and will) return FALSE; the second
will return TRUE
The current page has those switched
