I just tested the supplied reproduce script on Ubuntu 16.04.3, and
I still can't reproduce the error. Details:
$ php -v
PHP 7.0.8-0ubuntu0.16.04.3 (cli) ( NTS )

I have Php 7.05 installed. How can i see my timezone db? Thought it is built-in php.
