Log: Fix #73787: strftime %k documentation self-contradicts
------------------------------------------------------------------------
[2016-12-19 13:20:17] chris at ocproducts dot com
Description:
------------
%k is defined as: "Two digit representation of the hour in 24-hour format, with a space
preceding single digits"
A two digit representation cannot have single digits.
I see what it's trying to say, but it's at best very confusing when reading through.
I think it should say: "Hour in 24-hour format, with a space preceding single digits"
This wording is consistent with "%e" which is for the month numbers expressed in the same
form.
