Bug description:Wrong constant name in SQLite3::openBlob
Description:
------------
http://php.net/manual/en/sqlite3.openblob.php
mentions
SQLITE_OPEN_READONLY and SQLITE_OPEN_READWRITE but the constants are
actually called SQLITE3_OPEN_READONLY and SQLITE3_OPEN_READWRITE (notice
the missing "3").
The example is correct.
