Indeed. This function is available as of PHP 7.0.7 (via
<http://git.php.net/?p=php-src.git;a=commit;h=e8abb70>),
but
completely missing in the PHP manual and UPGRADING; there's a note
in NEWS, though:
<https://github.com/php/php-src/blob/PHP-7.0.7/NEWS#L74-L75>.
