Actually, the Bulgarian translation is not supposed to be available at all, but
for some reason it still is, apparently without getting rebuilt.

The problem is that...this function is not marked as php 7 available function and i
think that this is very misleading. Firstly I thought that this is a translation problem, but i can
not edit this info in Php Docbook Online Editor, somehow is automatically generated and
it's not possible to edit it.
Bulgariant variant:
(PHP 4 >= 4.3.2, PHP 5)
session_regenerate_id â ÐовÑоÑно генеÑиÑа
ÑекÑÑÐ¸Ñ ÑеÑиен
иденÑиÑикаÑоÑ
English variant:
(PHP 4 >= 4.3.2, PHP 5, PHP 7)
