New Comment:
This bug has been fixed in the documentation's XML sources. Since the
online and downloadable versions of the documentation need some time
to get updated, we would like to ask you to be a bit patient.
Thank you for the report, and for helping us make our documentation
better.
Per Kalle's suggestion, the word "constants" has been renamed to
directives.

Maybe constants aren't the correct term to use here. PHP_INI_* are
documentation specific values.

Description:
------------
On
http://www.php.net/manual/en/mbstring.configuration.php
bottom of table, it says "For the definition of the PHP_INI_*
constants,
please refer to ini_set()." but those directives are not defined
there.
All translations of this page are affected.
Expected result:
----------------
It should say like on other pages of the manual:
For further details and definitions of the PHP_INI_* constants, see the
php.ini directives.
