Wording change to be more specific about it returning an associative array.

Description:
------------
---
From manual page: http://www.php.net/function.getenv
---
In Return Values paragraph we have information:
"Returns all environment variables without varname." but in PHP 7.1.11 after var_dump
getenv() i got array with varname as key.
Test script:
---------------
<?php
var_dump(getenv());
Expected result:
----------------
"Returns all environment variables with varname as key."
Actual result:
--------------
"Returns all environment variables without varname."
