Log: Fix #76002: Default value doesn't match allowed values
Since FTP_IMAGE is the alias, we're changing the initializer
to FTP_BINARY.

FTP_IMAGE (integer)
Alias of FTP_BINARY.

Description:
------------
---
From manual page: http://www.php.net/function.ftp-get
---
Description days that mode defaults to "FTP_IMAGE" yet under the Parameters for mode, it
says this "Must be either FTP_ASCII or FTP_BINARY" - these two things don't really
add up!
