Description:
------------
According to a user note posted (and removed) this morning:
The french translation isn't correct in the note about the billon limit
for the 32bits signed of an integer.
In english, billion is 10^9, and in french we say "milliard".
But the word "billion" in french exists, and it means a million of
million : 10^6 * 10^6 = 10^12. And it's not the same at all !
