On French documentation, deprecated warning on most of mcrypt_ functions is not displayed properly.

For example:
- https://secure.php.net/manual/fr/function.mcrypt-decrypt.php
- https://secure.php.net/manual/fr/function.mcrypt-enc-get-algorithms-name.php
- https://secure.php.net/manual/fr/function.mcrypt-enc-get-block-size.php
- etc...

On some pages, warning is properly displayed:
- https://secure.php.net/manual/fr/function.mcrypt-create-iv.php
