Go to Windows Explorer (or another file manager of your choice), click with the right mouse button on the downloaded CHM file, select "Eigenschaften" (last entry), and then on "Zulassen" on the bottom of that window. After that, the front page of the help file will be shown, but several other pages will still be broken because the file itself is broken. Regards, Mark
