Commits to SVN which contain "fix #xyz" are not supposed to auto-close tickets, but Git commits apparently do. In your latest comment you mention socket_wsaprotocol_info_ex; there is no such function, to my knowledge, and socket_wsaprotocol_info_export is already documented.
