Log: Fix #78977: Assigning the return value of new is a syntax error instead of deprecated
------------------------------------------------------------------------
[2019-12-17 10:36:18] php at felixdd dot de
Description:
------------
At the end of manual page https://php.net/language.operators.assignment
the example with $o = &new C; says that this is deprecated. However this is since 7.0 a syntax
error.
