Russian documentation in CHM format (http://www.php.net/get/php_manual_ru.chm/from/a/mirror) has a "pointer" incorrect coding (see screenshot: http://img178.imageshack.us/img178 / 5410/screennokn9.jpg). I corrected and changed CHM file is encoded correctly displayed (see screenshot http://img178.imageshack.us/img178/6863/screenyespp1.jpg). I would like, what would you have published an updated version of the documentation in Russian to PHP in CHM format on the site.
