Summary: Missing documentation of
RuntimeException::_construct()
Status: Open
Type: Documentation Problem
Package: Documentation problem
Operating System: irrelevant
PHP Version: Irrelevant
Block user comment: N

New Comment:
Looks like this is a common problem across the Exception family, for example: https://php.net/UnderflowException.
Not just
__construct, but also __wakeup (https://3v4l.org/5HBK4).

Description:
------------
---
From manual page: https://php.net/class.runtimeexception
---
The constructor is missing from the documentation.
If it's inherited, then it should be listed among the inherited methods.
