Bug Type: Documentation Problem
Bug description:PHP CLI SERVER WORKERS is not documented or in the migration guide
Description:
------------
The PHP_CLI_SERVER_WORKERS feature, which enables the built-in web
server to fork multiple workers for handling concurrent requests, is not
documented or even mentioned in the upgrade guide. This feature should
be documented so that people wanting to conduct tests where concurrent
requests are needed can do so knowingly.
