The docs for snmp_set_oid_numeric_print() contain a quite useless
changelog entry:

5.2.0 Since PHP 5.2.0.
I have no clue what has changed for the function in PHP 5.2.0 (if
anything), but either the changelog entry should be made informative or
it should be removed.
