There are invalid german umlaut characters (ä, ö, ü, ß) in following
function documenation:

Tried ISO-8859-1, ISO-8859-15, WINDOWS-1252 and UTF-8 but I got no valid
output.
Expected result:

[...] öffnet [...]
[...] standardmäßig [...]
[...] hinzugefügt.
... and many more.
Actual result:
