Two pages in the manual have errors in their method descriptions that
cause the typesetting of the rest of the page to be incorrect: everything
from that point on ends up using monospaced text.

The '$' shouldn't be there as these methods do not take arguments, and the
<tt class="parameter"> is never closed, causing the formatting glitch.
This also affects downloadable forms of the manual, including bightml
(where it was originally found).
