Ok... this is nuts...
I'm at work and downloading the file and getting different file
sizes...
The problem is obviously _NOT_ at the *source* end of things...
(PHP.net). It's somewhere in-between... Gotta' be related...

Yup.
Still got nutihn'...
I'm going to try downloading again when I have a few minutes. It HAS to
be something simple.....

Though the notes do need to be expanded to include Google Chrome and
FF3 on windows. Downloading from multiple servers using Chome, IE and
FF all result in the security block.
