On http://php.net/manual/de/function.str-getcsv.php,
in the description 
of the parameters, the default field delimiter is called the semicolon 
(;).
Actually the default delimiter is the comma (,), as stated by the 
English manual page at http://php.net/manual/en/function.str-getcsv.php.
