This bug has been fixed and the fix has been committed. It should show up online in an
hour or three.

Description:
------------
Bing translator doesn't work.
1. I am placing a text needs to be translated into the textarea.
2. Clicking "Перекласти!" ("Translate") button.
3. Button changes its title to "Будь-ласка,
почекайте..." ("Please, wait...") & becomes inactive.
4. Nothing happens.
