The mysql related info has been removed from that section[1],

Description:
------------
---
From manual page: http://www.php.net/mysqlinfo.library.choosing
---
The value for the option --mysql is *not* the complete path of the mysql_config script - entering
that gives the error "MySQL header not found". The correct value here is rather the
directory containing the "include" path to mysql.h. So if mysql.h is in
/usr/local/include, the value of the --mysql option should be "/usr/local".
Or, in the words of ./configure --help:
--with-mysql=DIR Include MySQL support. DIR is the MySQL base
directory, if no DIR is passed or the value is
mysqlnd the MySQL native driver will be used
However, --with-mysqli wants the path to mysql_config here. That seems a bit inconsistent.
