In the Spanish translation, the first paragraph in section RETURN VALUES:
"Si el nombre de la secuencia no se especifica en el parámetro name, PDO::lastInsertId()
devuelve una cadena representando el ID de la última columna que ha sido insertada en la base de
datos."
This is wrong. PDO::lastInsertId() returns the ID of the last **row** inserted, not the last column.
It should read:
"Si el nombre de la secuencia no se especifica en el parámetro name, PDO::lastInsertId()
devuelve una cadena representando el ID de la última fila que ha sido insertada en la base de
datos."
I can't edit the manual, it takes forever when I click on "edit".
